2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.

なんでか
頭が重くて
動く気力が湧かない。
体が寒い。
眠い。
眠い。
昨日昼寝して
夜もちゃんと寝た。
むしろ寝すぎなくらい寝た。
と言うか…
睡魔に襲われる。
悪夢をみた。
リアルな夢。
二十歳の時の元カレの
外観、仕草、性格に
最近別れた元カレのことが
うまく重なったストーリー。
夢の中でも私は悲惨な状況になった。
この気だるさはそれが原因？
まさか
またうつ病再発…
じゃないよね…
風邪かな…

そとでゴミ収集車の音がしてた…
ベッドから飛び起きて慌ててゴミ袋を掴んで外に出た
……
うん。
ゴミ捨てれなかった…
木曜日まで捨てれません
ワーホリ行こうよ！！更新しました
When I woke up and watched a clock….
I heard a sound of the garbage collection car outside….
I jumped and caught a garbage bag in a hurry and went out of the bed.
…….
Yes.
It was not abandoned garbage….
It isn't thrown away until Thursday.
Let's go in working holiday! ! I updated it.

今日から母が東京の兄の家へ行っています
高速料金が値下げになったしねｗ

体調が思わしくないのと

の世話で留守番です
めっちゃ楽
なにが楽って気持ちも楽だし
家事も一人分ですむのが楽
プチ独り暮らし満喫します～

今日はメンタルクリニック
で
傷病手当の書類を書いてもらう日
今日も体がだるくてなかなか動けずスッピンで外出
帽子を目深にかぶってたのでかなり怪しかったかと…
病院についてみるとシャッターが降りてる
なぜ？？
メンタルクリニックもＧＷ？？？
傷病手当を貰うには
月に１回病院に行かないといけないのに…
今月今日で終わり…
うっかりしてたけど今日は木曜日
午後は休診です
ｶﾞﾋﾞﾝ！
明日の朝一で行って
どうにか４月に通院したことにしてもらわないと…
It was necessary for me to have a doctor write the documents of the compensation for injuries and diseases today.
I went out by a no make today because a body was weary and was not able to move.
Because I was over eyes/ones/ and covered the cap, I was very doubtful….
A shutter closed when I arrived at the hospital.
Why? ?

It's necessary to go to the hospital once a month to apply for compensation for injuries and diseases….
It's the end this month by today….
Though it was careless, it's Thursday today.
It's closing the office in the afternoon.
It's a shock!
I must have it decide that I go to the hospital by early in the morning of tomorrow and visited a hospital for treatment in April….

いつどこでぶつけたのかわからないけど
足の親指の爪半分が紫に
痛みは全くないんですが見た目、気持ちが悪い
で、さっきその爪を触ってたら
爪が半分浮きました
そしてもげちゃいました
爪と皮膚の間には血の塊が壁を作っていて
その血が爪を皮膚から剥がしたっぽい
半分もげても痛くはないんですが
これからどうやって生えてくるんだろ？？？
Though I didn't understand when and where I hit it, half of the thumbnails of the foot became purple.
There isn't the pain at all, but feels sick with an appearance.
Thus half of the nails were isolated when they touched it by the nail a while ago.
And I got it.
The blood made a wall between a nail and the skin.
The blood seems to have torn off a pick from skin.
Even if half of the nails are produced, I don't have a pain in it, but how will grow from now on? ? ?
