2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

玄関で音がする度にドキドキしています

届くなら早く届いて～！！！
合否待ちは精神的にきついっす
My heart throbs whenever I make a sound at the entrance.

先月受けた
アロマテラピーインストラクターの
試験結果ですが…
まだ手元に届いていません
二次試験免除の人の合格率が高いっぽい…
【二次試験免除でない方（二次試験まで受験された方）】
4月23日（木）頃に結果通知を発送する予定です。
早ければ明日（もう今日）つくってこと！？
うっわー！！！！
心臓が飛び出そう！！
落ちてるとわかってても…
ね…
It's the test result of the instructor of the aromatherapy which I took an examination for last month….
It doesn't yet reach my hand.
A pass rate of people exempted from a second examination seems to be high….
【The person who is not exempted from a second examination. 】
I'm going to send out a notice of result on about Thursday, April 23.
Does it reach my home tomorrow ( today ) at the earliest? ?
Wow! ! ! !
My heart will protrude! !
I understand that I'm unacceptable….

今回の結果
朝食前 *94 （優）ヒューマログ６単位
朝食２時間後*246（不可）
昼食前 *143 （可）ヒューマログ６単位
昼食２時間後*52（低血糖）グルコレスキュー＋バナナ摂取
夕食前 *94 （優）ヒューマログ５単位
夕食２時間後*243（不可）
寝前 *192（可）ランタス４単位
昼食を食べてからコアリズムと兜の散歩に行ったからか
低血糖になってしまいました
でも自覚症状なし
朝食時は７単位に増やそう
夕食時も６単位に増やそうっと
As a result of this time
Before breakfast*94(excellent)
After breakfast(2 hours later)*246(bad)
Before lunch*143(not good)
After lunch (2 hours later)*52(hypoglycemia)
Before supper*94(excellent)
After supper (2 hours later)*243(bad)
Before sleeping*192(not good)
I did CORE Rhythms after having eaten lunch.
I had hypoglycemia afterwards because I went for Kabuto and a walk.
But I didn’t have subjective symptoms.
I increase quantity 1 unit of the insulin of the breakfast.
I increase quantity 1 unit of the insulin of the supper.

今日もコアリズムで腰をフリフリ
昨日よりは楽しめましたよ
昨日はインストラクターのマネをするので
精いっぱいだったので…
程よく汗を流して気分爽快
でも肩甲骨のまわりとお尻が筋肉痛です…
I swayed a waist with CORE Rhythms today.
I was able to enjoy it from yesterday.
I was the limit by the imitation of the instructor yesterday….
I sweat moderately, and a feeling is fine.
But my shoulder blade area and my hip are muscular pains….
フラフープを探してたら面白いの見つけた
内側にローラーがついてるらしいです
I found it which was interesting when I looked for a hula-hoop.
This seems to gain some rollers inward.

換毛期がきましたね
イチゴの毛もワサワサ抜けています
私の部屋はイチ毛だらけになっております…
いくらブラッシングしても抜け毛の勢いは止まらず…
イチゴが足で顎を掻けば毛が舞う
イチゴがジャンプすれば毛が舞う
イチゴが歩けば毛が後を追う
掃除機で吸い取っても取りきれないですよ…
The molting period came.
Hair of Ichigo falls out briskly.
My room becomes full of her hair….
Even if I brush her, her hair doesn't decrease….
If Ichigo puddles her chin with her foot, her hair dances.
If Ichigo jumps, her hair dances.
If Ichigo walks, her hair follows her.
I can't take all of them even if I absorb her hair with a vacuum cleaner….
