2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

税務署から還付金の通知が届きました
あれ…？
確定申告をするときに
医療費の領収書をつけて提出するんですよね？
その額が一定額よりも高ければ
一部返ってくると聞いたのですが…
返ってきませんでした
入院２回もしたのに…
結構な額だったのに…。
なんで？？
税務署に問い合わせましたが
医療費の一部返金などやっていないと言われました
そうなの？
ショック大です…
The notice of the money of return arrived from the taxation office.
Oh…?
When I do a final income tax return, I attach the receipt of the medical cost and do submit it?
I heard it when I returned partly if the sum was higher than the constant sum, but….
It didn't return.
Though I was hospitalized twice….
Though it was large….
In anything? ?
I asked the taxation office, but it was said not to do it the part repayment of the medical cost.
Don't go?
A shock is big….

元気を取り戻したゆむぅです
昨日は暗い日記ばっかり立て続けに書いてしまいました…
自分で読み返して情けなくなりましたよ…
今日（もう昨日）は英検の問題集を買ってきました
本当は英会話を習得したいんですが
私は英検を受けたことがないので
どんなもんなのか勉強してみます
英会話とは全く別物として考えてます
英検はきっと中学生だらけ
そこに大人が混じっててもいいじゃない
と言うことで新たな目標を作って頑張ります
あ、もちろんアロマの勉強も続けますよ
I regained spirit.
I have written only gloomy diaries in succession yesterday….
I read the diaries again, and I became ashamed of oneself….
I bought a textbook of Eiken today ( already yesterday ).
In fact, I want to learn English conversation.
But I study as an arm trial because I have not challenged Eiken.
I regard it as another thing with the English conversation really.
Surely the examination meeting place of Eiken will be full of junior high students.
May not an adult be there?
I make a new aim and do my best.
Oh, of course I continue the study of the aromatherapy.

今朝の4:30頃です。
眠れていません。
眠くもない。
ストレスが溜まってるのかな？
ちょっと暗い気持ち。
涙がすぐ出ます。
明日（もう今日）はメンタルクリニックの通院日。
医師にいっぱい話してこよう。
たまには落ち込むこともあるさ～。
また笑える日がいつかくるさ～。
大丈夫大丈夫。

Does stress pile up?

Tears flow immediately.
I must go to the mental clinic tomorrow ( already today ).
I'll talk to a doctor much.
