2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

ずいぶん更新をさぼってしまいました
実は用事で忙しかったり
風邪をひいたりしていました
さて、今回の結果ですが…
朝食前 *99 （優）ヒューマログ５単位
朝食２時間後*161（良）
昼食前 *158（可）ヒューマログ５単位
昼食２時間後*92（優）
夕食前 *73（低血糖）ヒューマログ４単位
夕食２時間後*170（良）
寝前 *188（可）ランタス４単位
今回は良いんじゃないでしょうか？
不可もないし
お昼のヒューマログは４単位でもいいな

In front of breakfast*99(excellent)
Breakfast two hours later*161(good)
In front of lunch*158(not good)
Lunch two hours later*92(excellent)
In front of supper*73(Hypoglycemia)
Supper two hours later*170(good)
I sleep and am before it*188(not good)
Will not it be good this time?
There isn't bad, too and.
Daytime insulin 4 is good by the unit.

昨日は一睡も出来ずでした…
朝食後、ちょっとだけ眠ろうと思ったのが間違い
起きたら夕方の５時前でした…

勉強しろよ…
Without having had getting a sleep yesterday….
After breakfast, it's wrong to have intended to sleep a little.
It was before 5:00 of the evening when I got up….

寝てないのでネガティブ最高潮です。
なんで私は彼に振られたんだ？
なんで突然彼は冷めたんだ？？
私は彼に何をしたんだ？？？
何が起きたんだ？？？？
よくわからない。
ちょっと眠ったほうがよさそうだ。
おやすみなさい。

豪雨で眠れなかったので起きてました。
手帳を書いたり部屋の掃除をしたり。
まだ出てくるか…。
元彼からの手紙や写真…。
しかも写真なんて元彼が学生の頃の。
若いわ～。
夜はダメですね。
いろいろ思い出してしまって。
ふと、彼氏とあそこに行きたいなと思ったりします。
でもきっとそれは今までの習慣。
禁煙してる時の考え方と一緒。
我慢しかないんよね。

Former he is a photograph in the days of the student, besides.
He was young.
I'm no use at night.

I think that I want to go with a boyfriend there incidentally.

I'm same as a way of thinking when I give up smoking.
I cann't but endure it.
