2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

今回の血糖測定結果です。
朝食前 *102 （優）ヒューマログ５単位
朝食２時間後*160（良）
昼食前 *75（低血糖）ヒューマログ４単位
昼食２時間後*219（可）
夕食前 *189（不可）ヒューマログ５単位
夕食２時間後*240（不可）
寝前 *238（不可）ランタス４単位＋ヒューマログ１単位
うーん…
昼食前に５単位打っても良いかな？
夜も６単位でもいいかも？

ワーホリに行きたいな～
でも30歳までって年齢制限が…
結婚資金に貯めてたお金は入院費で消えていったし…
今から貯めて行けるか！？
ＩＤＤＭでも行けるか！？
その前にアロマインストラクターの資格取って
働かないと何も始まらない！！
I want to go in working holiday.
But to 30 years old has an age limit….
The money that I saved to a marriage fund disappeared for hospital charges and….
Can I save it now! ?
Can I go for the IDDM! ?
Nothing begins first unless I take the qualification of the instructor aroma and work! !

昨日は元彼と会ってきました。
しないといけない事があったので…。
お昼過ぎに会って用事をしてから
ずっといろいろな話をしてきました。
たくさん話をして彼に誠意があることがわかりました。
だからもういいです。
私も彼に恋愛感情はもうありません。
６年付き合ってきた情があるだけです。
もう友達です。
彼の本心も聞けてスッキリしました。
この１ヶ月半程、彼が中途半端なことをして
イライラしたり恨んだりしました。
でも昨日お互いに話し合って決めたことです。
お金で解決しようなんて思ってないけど…
そんな話も彼から出ましたが断りました。
昨日は不思議ととても心が落ち着いていました。
中途半端な突っかかりがなくなったからかな…？
今日は何もする気が起きませんが…
私は来月のアロマインストラクターの試験に向けて
頑張らないと！
だから今日だけちょっと休憩して
明日から気持ち切り替えて頑張ります！
I met him who parted yesterday.
We are because what we must do matched….
We had a various talk ever since a meeting did business in the early afternoon.
A lot of us talked, and he understood that he was sincere for me.
Therefore it's already good.
I don't have the love feelings to him anymore either.
There is the feeling that there was with a lover for six years.
We are already friends.
I listened to his real intention, too and felt fine.
For this around 1 and a half month, he did a half-finished thing, and I was irritated and bore a grudge against him.
But it's what it talks each other yesterday, and it decided.
I don't think to be settled for money….
Such a story was given by him, too, but I declined it.
As for me, a heart calmed down very much strangely last night.
Is the reason because a half-finished lunge disappeared?…?
The mind why I take anything today does not happen….
I'm not good unless I do my best for the examination of the instructor aroma of next month!
Therefore I take a break a little today and change a feeling from tomorrow and do my best!
