お風呂でYOGA呼吸

ちょっと気分が落ち込んでるゆむぅです。



でもダメダメ！！と自分に言い聞かせて



奮い立たせてます



今からお風呂です。



お風呂には岩塩にアロマの精油を希釈した



バスソルトを入れてリラックス



そしてさらにＹＯＧＡ呼吸で綺麗になるぞ！



さて、お風呂に入ってきま～す！



It's me whom a feeling drops a little.
But, as for me, "it's not good to be this!" I persuade and oneself.
I take a bath now.
I stock the bath salts which diluted oil refining of the aroma to rock salt in a bath and am relaxed.
And I become more beautiful by YOGA breathing!
By the way, I take a bath!

失ったもの２

私は今年に入って２つの大切なものを失いました。



１つは以前から書いている彼氏。



もう１つは私にとっては



奇跡としか言いようがないような事。



詳しくは書けませんが



私はそれを見捨てるしかなかった。



元彼の事はもういい。



でももう１つの方は常に私の頭から離れなくて



胸が締め付けられて苦しくなる。



I entered in this year and lost two important things.
On the other hand, the boyfriend whom I always write.
Another can say only a miracle for me.
I cann't write it in detail, but I couldn't but get rid of it.
I already don't matter with him.
But another is not always separated from my head, and a chest is tightened and becomes hard.

親戚が魔女

私の母の従姉妹が大阪のマルビル、



魔女の家で占い師をしております



占ってもらおうと思って



いつ魔女の家に行ったらいるのかと連絡したら



どうやら魔女の家は時間制になったらしいので



お家にお邪魔してゆっくり占ってもらいます



今後出会いはあるのかなど等占ってもらおうかなと



占いっていろいろあるけど何がいいのかわからん…



その母の従姉妹はタロットも四柱推命もするのですが



どれがいいの？？？



その親戚はなんだか不思議で



話を聞いてもらうだけでも納得できると言うか



ズバリ！解決策を言ってくれるので頼れます



何を占ってもらうかちゃんと頭の整理しとかないとね



あ、もちろん占い料は親戚と言えども払います。



相手はプロですからね



The cousin of my mother works as a fortune-teller in the house of the witch in Marubiru of Osaka.
I contacted it I intended to have her tell it, and when I could meet the house of the witch if I performed it.

Therefore I have I go to her house and tell it slowly.
I think whether I will have you tell whether there is an encounter in future.
Though there is fortune-telling in various ways, I do not understand what is good….
She of tarot and others tell it, but which is good? ? ?
She is somewhat mysterious, and I can understand just to have you hear a story.
Because she says a solution right out, she can depend on her for me.
What I have tell it in to her; properly of the head must arrange it.
Oh, of course, even a relative, I pay the fortune-telling charges.
Because she is professional.

いつも一緒にいたかった。

掃除順調♪

処分と大掃除は順調に進んでいます



元彼からの手紙が多くて



それをシュレッダーにかけるのが大変ですね



我が家のシュレッダーは手動なので



さて、洗濯が終わった音がしたので



干してきます



I push forward disposal and general cleaning smoothly.
It's hard there are many letters from my boyfriend who parted, and to cut it as for me.
The shredder of my home is hand-operated.
By the way, I air it because I heard a sound that washing was over.
