化粧水とパックのレシピ The recipes of the skin lotion and the pack

今日は化粧水とパックを作りました



レシピは以下の通り



【化粧水（乾燥肌～普通肌用）レシピ】

用意する物
　・精製水（またはフローラルウォーター）180ml
　・グリセリン20ml
　・精油4滴（今回はプチグレイン1滴ラベンダー3滴）


①グリセリンに精油を加える。

②①に精製水を加える。

*使用前によく振ること。
*グリセリンが多すぎると逆に乾燥するので注意。



【パックのレシピ】

用意する物
　・精製水（またはフローラルウォーター）大さじ2
　・モンモリロナイト大さじ2
　・キャリアオイル10ml
　・精油4滴（今回はプチグレイン1滴ラベンダー3滴）


①乳鉢か小ぶりのボールに精製水とモンモリロナイトを入れ
　よ～くよ～く混ぜる。
　この時に好みの粘度にする。

②キャリアオイルに精油を混ぜる。

③①に②を入れよく混ぜる。

* Carrier oil 10ml
