眠れた！！！

昨日も眠れるＣＤ『Dreams』を聴きながら眠りました



そしたらタワレコの広告通り



最後まで聴けませんでしたよ！



ＣＤの後半くらいまで眠れなかったので



また眠れないなと思っていました



が、見事最後まで聴けずに眠る事が出来ました！



目覚めもスッキリ！



これはいいわ～



今日も聴きながら眠ろうっと



今日は血糖値７回測定の日



梅田に行きたいけどどうしようかなぁ？



I slept yesterday while hearing CD "Dreams" which could be idle.
Then I didn't listen according to the advertisement of Tower Records till the last!
I thought that I cann't sleep again because I was not able to sleep until the latter half of the CD.
But, I was able to sleep without listening till the last wonderfully!
I feel fine at the waking, too!
This CD is good.
I'll sleep today while listening.

I must do seven times of blood sugar measurement today.
Though I want to go to Umeda today, how will I have it?
