2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.

湯船ではアロマの香りでリラックス
湯船から出てボディスクラブを使ってマッサージ。
アロマオイルを使ってヘッドマッサージ
顔の角質取りマッサージ。
お風呂から出て美白パック。
化粧水たっぷりパッティング。
美容液たっぷり。
クリームでカバー。
ボディバターで体のケア。
髪の毛に洗い流さないトリートメントをつけて
ドライヤーで乾かす
普通の女性の生活。
これが今の私の自分磨き
早寝早起きも自分磨きの一環
なので皆様おやすみなさい
I'm relaxed with a fragrance of the aroma in the bathtub.
I massaged it with the cream which I went out of the bathtub, and dropped horny substance.
I massaged my head with aroma oil.
I took the horny substance collecting massage of my face.
I went out of the bath and did a whitening pack.
I did patching of a lot of lotions in my face.
I fully added liquid cosmetics to my face.
I covered it with humidity retention cream.
I took care of my body with body butter.
I kept the treatment which I didn't wash away to my hair and dried it with a dryer.
These are the life that a common woman does.
But I think that this is my present oneself polishing.
The early to bed and early to rise is a part of the oneself polishing, too.
