コアリズム １日目 CORE Rhythms The first day

昨日姉からもらったコアリズムをやってみた



とりあえず低血糖の心配はなさそう



運動量はビリーに比べれば軽いもんです



ただ、腰をくねらすのがなかなか難しいですね



毎日やってればセクシーダンサーになれるかしら？



腰よりも腕が痛いよ～



それだけ普段腕を上げていないってことか



さて、後でYOGAしよっと



YOGAは私にとっては癒しなのですよ～



もちろんYOGAをする時は



YOGAミュージックとアロマでリラックス～

I didn't suffer from hypoglycemia first of all.

雨ですね。 It's rainy today.

ＹＯＧＡってます



いつもは兜の散歩に行ったり



なるべく外に出るようにしています



家にずっといると老けるのが早い気がする…



ずっと部屋着だったり



すっぴんだったり



髪もバサバサだったり…



買い物に出ると無駄遣いをしてしまうので



適度に外出するようにしてます



これも自分磨きと捕らえよう



ＹＯＧＡでインナーマッスルを鍛えて



精神の安定もはかる



プラス、アロマの香りで精神状態を調整



アラサーですけどね、ちょっとでも女性らしくなりたいし



あと、人の欠点の方を見てしまうことが多いので



気をつけて良いところを見るようにしようかなと



私は実年齢に対して精神年齢が低すぎるのでね



ゆるゆるした生活だけどダメ人間にはなりたくな～い！



ちなみに今日は雨なので部屋の掃除をしました

I have too low mental age for my true age.

今日はネイルケアをしてみた



超短い爪ですけどね



ピカピカに磨いてクリームで保湿



あと好きな音楽を聴いてまったり読書



ＹＯＧＡミュージックを聴きながら軽くポージング



ピアノを弾いてリラックス



ちょっとスッキリしました



Friends are good.
My heart became easy.
I did nail care today.
My nail is super short.
I polished my nail to a bright shine and moisturized it with cream.
I listened to the music that I liked and did reading in a relaxed mood.
I took YOGA lightly while listening to YOGA music.
I played the piano and was relaxed.
I felt fine a little.

私の爪はすごく短い



ピアノを弾くのに爪が邪魔になるからです



が、昨日はなんとなく着け爪をしてみた



朝起きたら外れてましたけど…



話は変わりますが…



何かに打ち込んでいる男性には魅力がある



じゃぁ逆もそうなんじゃない！？



私頑張って大好きなアロマオタクになる！！



好きなことに打ち込んでいる人は



きっと男女関係なく輝いてるはず！

元彼との写真、手紙、貰ったもの全て処分です。



凄い量ですよ…



写真や手紙はシュレッダーで裁断してます。



アクセサリーはどうすべきか…

悩みます
