コアリズム １日目 CORE Rhythms The first day

昨日姉からもらったコアリズムをやってみた



とりあえず低血糖の心配はなさそう



運動量はビリーに比べれば軽いもんです



ただ、腰をくねらすのがなかなか難しいですね



毎日やってればセクシーダンサーになれるかしら？



腰よりも腕が痛いよ～



それだけ普段腕を上げていないってことか



さて、後でYOGAしよっと



YOGAは私にとっては癒しなのですよ～



もちろんYOGAをする時は



YOGAミュージックとアロマでリラックス～



I tried CORE Rhythms which I got from my older sister.

I didn't suffer from hypoglycemia first of all.

There are few momenta if I compare it with Billy.

But it's very difficult to wiggle a waist.

If I continue it every day, can I become a sexy dancer?

I have a pain in my arms than my waist.

The reason will be because I don't usually put up my arms.

Well, I'll do YOGA later.

YOGA is healing for me.

Of course I'm relaxed with YOGA music and aromatherapy when I do YOGA.

疲れた… I'm tired….

今日は１日子守でした



姉の子供×２



小学１年生と４歳児。



やつらはパワフルで大変…



二人で同時に別の話を喋るもんだから



甥っ子のポケモンの話にはついていけないし



姪っ子のプリキュアの話にはついていけないし…



おばちゃんにはわからんよ…



甥っ子の宿題を一緒に解いたり



遊んだりしていたのですが



甥っ子は父親の影響で



かなりゲームに依存しております…



「ＤＳないの～？」



「Ｗｉｉしたい～。」



などなど。



ゲームが無い＝暇



となるそうでどうやれば楽しくできるのか



わかりませんでした…



姪っ子はお絵かきとか



シールに夢中だったんですけどね～



途中甥っ子の足が何かで被れて腫れあがり



かなり焦りましたよ



オロナインで治まったからよかったですが



姉から管理不行き届きと叱られました



モンスターペアレントめ…



夕食はカレーを作ったのですが



「辛い」



と言って残される始末…



はぁ…



疲れた…



兜も疲れたようでぐったりしております



部屋にこもってたイチゴもなぜかぐったり





I baby-sited all day today.

Child *2 of my older sister.

A first grader and 4 years old child.

They are powerful….

They speak a different story at the same time.

I can't understand the story about Pokemon of my nephew
and can't understand the story about the pre-cure of my niece….

I can't understand them….

I solved the homework of my nephew together and played with them.

But my nephew considerably depends on a game because my nephew is affected by his father….

"Isn't there DS here?"

"I want to play Wii."

Not the games=Free.

I was not able to please them….

My niece drew a picture and was crazy about seal play.

The foot of my nephew swelled up for some kind of causes on the way, and I was considerably eager.

It was cured with ointment.

But my older sister said that it was management carelessness.

She is a monster parent….

I made curry-rice for supper.

It was said to be hot by them, and they didn't eat it up….

Hu….

I'm tired….

Kabuto seems to have been tiring, too.

Ichigo which doesn't go out of my room is tiring.

高血糖 hyperglycosemia

最近血糖値がずっと高い



たまに高いくらいなら今までなんどもあった



でも数日連続で高いことなんてなかった



眠いしだるい



医師からハネムーン期が終わったかも知れない



と言われたんですが…



いよいよインスリン枯渇ですか



まぁ仕方ない



ちょっと調整が大変だわ



低血糖が怖くてインスリン量を増やすことに



抵抗があったけど…



増やします



さらば！ハネムーン！



My blood sugar level is high recently.

There was that I sometimes became the hyperglycosemia many times.

But I didn't become the hyperglycosemia consecutively for a few days.

I'm sleepy and feel heavy.

The doctor said that your honeymoon period may have been over….

My insulin finally dried up.

There is no help for it.

I'm troubled with adjustment a little.

Because hypoglycemia was fearful, I had resistance in increasing quantity of insulin….

But I increase it.

Farewell! A honeymoon!

植樹 Tree planting

Alphaさんとこで見かけたブログパーツが気になって



設置してみました



記事を書けば書くほど木が生長していくんだそう



で、木が生長すると



リアルの世界で植樹されるんだそう

I was interested in the blog part which I watched with blog of Alpha, and I installed it.

A tree seems to grow up when I write the articles of my blog.

Thus tree planting is performed in the reality world when the tree which I installed in the blog grows up.

Because I like gardening, I'm interested very much.

I dislike the eco-fools.

When it's planted a tree in the reality world, I'll be glad.

天気がよくてねむ～くなる昼下がり
