2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

ＭＮＰか新規契約でないとただともって出来ないの？
すでにsoftbank加入者同士でただともは出来ないの？？
よくわからん…
私のまわりはdocomoだらけなので携帯代が高い！
せめてsoftbank間だけでも安くならないものか…
詳しい方教えて下さい～
Is the system of Tadatomo applied to only MNP or a new contract?
Can't the people who have already used softbank use a system of Tadatomo? ?
I don't understand it well….
My many friends and my family use docomo.
Therefore my mobile phone charges are large!
Isn't telephone bill between users of softbank reduced at least…?
Please show me it about a system of Tadatomo.

一度崩れた睡眠リズムを元に戻すのは大変です…
元々睡眠障害を持っているので並ではありません
でも昨日やっと普通に眠れました！
夜寝る前にハーブティを飲んで
ヒーリングミュージックを聴きます
そしてリラックス
コットンにハーブティと同じ成分の精油を
３滴落として枕カバーに忍ばせます
そしてあとは
ヒーリングミュージックの音量を下げて眠るだけ
これで昨日はうまく眠れました！
今朝の寝起きもスッキリ！
大脳がゆっくり休息できた印
今日も１日張り切っていきましょう！！
It's hard to return the sleep rhythm that collapsed once….
Originally I'm the work that it's very serious because I have sleep disorder.
But at last I was able to sleep commonly yesterday!
It drink the herb tea before sleeping and listens to healing music at night.
And I'm relaxed.
I drop three drops of aroma oil of the ingredient same as a herb tea to cotton and put it in a pillow slip.
And I lower the volume of the healing music afterward and sleep.
I was able to sleep in this well yesterday!
I got up clearly this morning!
It's the evidence that the cerebrum was able to take a rest.
Let's enthusiastic today! !

今年の市民税がいくらくらいなのか
市役所に問い合わせてみた
そしたら去年の５月に退職して収入が少ないから
税金はかからないんだそうだ！
（傷病手当は収入にはならないので）
やったー！！
高額な市民税から開放された！！
ついでに前年過払いの所得税も返ってくる！
やったー！
ところで…
私、無職になってから
もう１年が経とうとしてるのね…
無職になってからいろいろあったなぁ～
手術したりＩＤＤＭ発症したり彼氏と別れたり…
でもこの無職の期間で私は少し成長したと思う
無駄な無職期間ではない
心にゆとりも出来た
彼氏と別れたことで
自分の足で進むことが出来るようになった
きっとこの期間は私の人生の休憩時間なんだわ

Because I resigned from my job in May of the last year,there are few incomes.
Therefore I don't seem to cost the tax!
（The compensation for injuries and diseases doesn't become the income.）
Great! !
I was able to get away from a large tax! !
In addition, the tax that I paid too much last year returns!
Great!
By the way….
One year is going to pass after I resigned from my job….
I met in various ways since I resigned from my job.
I was operated on , developed IDDM and parted from my boyfriend….
But I think that I grew up a little for this jobless period.
It's not the period when this is useless.
My heart had a space, too.
I got possible to go ahead with a foot of my own by having parted from my boyfriend.
Surely this period is a break of my life.

ちょうど１年前くらいに私はカナダに行っていました
その時に友達が勧めてくれたハンドクリームが
とっても良かったんです！
でも日本では売ってない…
どこにも売ってない…
それでカナダの友達に送ってもらいました！
そして今日届きました～！
GLYSOMED！！
巨大ハンドクリーム４本！
携帯用ハンドクリーム２本！
フットクリーム１本！
ボディローション１本！
めちゃくちゃ嬉しい～！！！
ありがとう～！！！

なんとか勉強進んでます
アロマと一言で言ってしまえば
簡単に思われるかもしれませんね
でも実はとても奥が深い
そして難しい…
解剖生理学や化学なども理解しないといけません…
完全に文系の私にはとても難しい…
受かる気がしない…
もっと時間が欲しい！
（もっと早くから始めればよかったんですけどね）
でもなんとか頑張ります…
I push forward study somehow.
You may think that it's a brief thing if you put it away with aroma in one word.
But, in fact, it's very profound.
And it's difficult….
I study and must understand dissection physiology or the chemistry….
It's very difficult for me to understand them because I'm weak in science….
I think that I fail it….
I want a lot more time!
( I should have begun it earlier.)
But I do my best somehow….
