2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

勉強していたらメールが来る
ウトウトし始めたらメールが来て眠れなくなる
この対策としてマナーモードの設定を変えました
メールが来てもサイレント
新着メールを知らせるランプも
つかないように設定しました
勉強中にメールが来ると
区切りがくるまで放っておきます
でもピカピカ光るランプが気になるので…
それにメールで睡眠障害になっているので…
もしメールの返信が遅かったらすみません
返信がなかったらもっとすみません…
If I study, emails come.
If I begin to doze off, emails come, and I can't sleep.
I changed the setting of the silent mode as these measures.
When emails came, there is neither the sound nor the vibration.
When emails came, a lamp flashes on and off.
I made it setting not to shine.
When I'm studying, and emails come, I ignore it.
But I'm worried about a shining lamp….
I suffer from sleep disorder at night because emails come….
I'm sorry if a reply from me is slow.
If there isn't a reply from me, I'm sorry more….

また眠れていません…
12時前に睡眠剤を飲んで
眠くはなっているんですよ
でもいろんな雑念が頭を占拠して眠れません
完全に寝るタイミングを逃しました
眠い
眠れない…
眠れないからといって勉強をすると…
多分全く頭に入らないと思う
だって眠いし
ベッドに入ると眠れなくなるのはなんで？？？

今日はＩＤＤＭの通院日でした
いつも病院に行く前に針の数などをきっちり数えていきます
なぜなら…。
医療費を最小限に抑えたいから
家に余分な在庫を置かないようにしています
今回のHbA1cの数値は5.8%でした
うむ
なかなかの数値じゃの
低血糖も２回程しかなってないしいいんじゃないの？
この調子でいってみよ～！
あ！

今回はアロマの試験が近いので見送ることにしました

夜の１２時に睡眠剤を飲んだのに眠れていません
眠いのに眠れない
何で？？
お腹が減ったのでさっき朝食を食べました
低血糖でしたよ
これが原因でしょうか？？？
今日は通院日なのに…
さて、もう一度ベッドに入ってみます
