2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.
I of such a body write this diary.

今、朝の５時です
夜の１２時に睡眠剤を飲んだのに眠れていません
眠いのに眠れない
何で？？
お腹が減ったのでさっき朝食を食べました
低血糖でしたよ
これが原因でしょうか？？？
今日は通院日なのに…
さて、もう一度ベッドに入ってみます
Title： Mmmmm…
It's 5:00 of the morning now.
Though I drank sleeping drugs at 12:00 of the night, I can't sleep.
Though I'm sleepy, I can't sleep.
Why? ?
Because I felt hungry, I ate breakfast a while ago.
I was hypoglycemia.
Will it be the cause why I can't sleep? ? ?
Though I must go to the hospital today….
By the way, I go to the bed once again.
