夢見が悪かった…



寝起き最悪



１時間寝坊したし



夢の内容は覚えてないけど多分元彼系



寝起きに比べたらまだましになったけど…



まだやる気が出ない。



昨日までのあのやる気はどこへ？？



でも頑張らないとね！



インストラクターの合格率30％だし



今日は血糖測定７回の日なので



問題集を解きまくりまっす！



ノートまとめをしてると集中しすぎてしまうので



お昼ご飯を食べたら頑張るぞ！

A dream was bad….
It was the worst lying down and getting up.
I overslept for one hour….
Though I don't learn the content of the dream, probably I think it to be ex boyfriend relations.
I became still better when I compared it with lying down and getting up….

That motivation until yesterday to where? ?
But I must do my best!
The pass rate of the instructor examination is 30%….
I continue untying a simulation test today because I must do seven times of blood sugar measurement!
Because I concentrate too much on it when I gather up a notebook.
I try study hard after eating lunch!
I blend a juniper , a bergamot and a rosemary (1:2:1) and I'm fired up!
