2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.

姉の友達がお見合いパーティに行って
楽しんでいるらしい
その話を聞いたときは笑って気にしてなかったけど
ふと目にしたネット広告が気になりだしまして…
結婚紹介所の料金っていくらくらいなのかしら？
と思い資料請求してみました
高いー！！！！
めちゃ高いー！！！
何！？
高額払ってまで結婚したいの！？
しかも入会するには年齢制限があって20歳から31歳まで。
20歳がそんな大金持ってるの！？
20歳なら普通に恋愛出来るのに！！
未知の世界にビックリしたゆむぅでした
The friend of my older sister goes to the marriage meeting party and seems to enjoy it.
I begin to be worried about the net advertisement that I saw incidentally though I didn't mind it laughingly when I heard the story and….
I thought no matter how much, and the rate of the marriage agency requested a document.
Large amount! ! ! !
It's very large! ! !
Why! ?
Is there the person who wants to marry paying large amount? ?
There is an age limit to enroll and can enroll from 20 years old only to 31 years old, besides.
A person of 20 years old has such a large sum of money! ?
Though 20 years old can love it commonly! !
I was surprised at the unknown world.

掃除をしていたら
お風呂に入るタイミングを逃してしまいました
いつも１０時に血糖測定とインスリンを打っているので
その時間に合わせてるんです
お風呂でゆっくりしたいし
１０時過ぎてから入る事にしました
さっきまでアロマの化粧水を作ってました。
ラベンダー精油３滴
ローズマリー精油１滴
グリセリン10ml
精製水90ml
これで保湿と美白の化粧水の出来上がりです
I have missed a timing to take a bath because I cleaned it.
I always take a bath in total in that time because I hit the blood sugar measurement and the insulin at 10:00.
I decided to enter after it was past 10:00 because I wanted to relax in a bath.
I made a lotion of the aroma until a while ago.
Lavender oil refining 3 drops.
Rosemary oil refining 1 drop.
Glycerin 10ml.
Refinement water 90ml.
It's the completion of the lotion of humidity retention and the whitening in this.

まだ大掃除中のゆむぅです
元彼との写真、手紙、貰ったもの全て処分です。
凄い量ですよ…
写真や手紙はシュレッダーで裁断してます。
アクセサリーはどうすべきか…
うーん。
悩みます

I dispose of a lot of photographs with him who parted or a lot of letters or presents entirely.
They are terrible quantity….
I cut a lot of photographs and a lot of letters with a shredder.
I'm troubled how I should do accessories presented by him….

カーボカウントと言う言葉をちょいちょい耳にします。
前回の通院日に医師に聞こうと思っていたら
医師の方からこんな本があるよ～と勧められました。
なんでも一番簡単でわかりやすいそうな。
HbA1cが良い数値なのでここまで気にする事はないと思うけど
読んでみる？
と言われたので医師に借りず本屋さんへ。
この手の本って町の本屋さんじゃ売ってないですね
amazonで買いました。
火曜日に届くそうです。

It seems to be the book which anything is the simplest, and is plain.
Though you think that it has it to mind to here because HbA1c is good numerical value, do you read it?
I was said so by a doctor.
I didn't borrow the book from a doctor and went to a bookstore.
A medical care-related book isn't sold in the bookstore of the town.
I bought it in amazon.
I seem to arrive on Tuesday.

湯船ではアロマの香りでリラックス
湯船から出てボディスクラブを使ってマッサージ。
アロマオイルを使ってヘッドマッサージ
顔の角質取りマッサージ。
お風呂から出て美白パック。
化粧水たっぷりパッティング。
美容液たっぷり。
クリームでカバー。
ボディバターで体のケア。
髪の毛に洗い流さないトリートメントをつけて
ドライヤーで乾かす
普通の女性の生活。
これが今の私の自分磨き
早寝早起きも自分磨きの一環
なので皆様おやすみなさい

I massaged it with the cream which I went out of the bathtub, and dropped horny substance.
I massaged my head with aroma oil.
I took the horny substance collecting massage of my face.
I went out of the bath and did a whitening pack.
I did patching of a lot of lotions in my face.
I fully added liquid cosmetics to my face.
I covered it with humidity retention cream.
I took care of my body with body butter.
I kept the treatment which I didn't wash away to my hair and dried it with a dryer.
These are the life that a common woman does.
But I think that this is my present oneself polishing.
The early to bed and early to rise is a part of the oneself polishing, too.
