2008年9月にIDDMを発症しインスリン自己注射をしなければならない体に。それでも毎日を大切に楽しく過ごそうと頑張り中。そんな私の日々の事を綴っています。
Because I suffered from IDDM in September, 2008, I must inject insulin by oneself.
I try hard to spend every day happily carefully.

もう嫌だ嫌だ嫌だ嫌だ
毎食前に注射なんて嫌
痛いし
友達に説明しても理解されにくいし
普通の糖尿病と同じ扱いされるし

I have a pain in it, and it's hard to be understood even if I explain it to a friend, and it's done handling same as normal diabetes and

玄関で灯油を入れながら
邪魔する兜と格闘してたら届きましたよ～！
カーボカウントの本！
ついでに眠れるＣＤ『Dreams』も買いました
早速本を見てみましたがさっぱりわかりません…
もっとじっくりきちんと読まないとね
I arrived when I fought with Kabuto which disturbed while pouring kerosene at the entrance!
The book of the Carbo count!
I bought CD "Dreams" which provoked a sleep incidentally.
I looked in the book at once, but don't understand it at all….
Unless I read properly more slowly and more carefully.

カーボカウントと言う言葉をちょいちょい耳にします。
前回の通院日に医師に聞こうと思っていたら
医師の方からこんな本があるよ～と勧められました。
なんでも一番簡単でわかりやすいそうな。
HbA1cが良い数値なのでここまで気にする事はないと思うけど
読んでみる？
と言われたので医師に借りず本屋さんへ。
この手の本って町の本屋さんじゃ売ってないですね
amazonで買いました。
火曜日に届くそうです。

I often hear words to call a Carbo count.
It was recommended by the doctor when I intended to ask a doctor on the last going to hospital day when there was such a book.
It seems to be the book which anything is the simplest, and is plain.
Though you think that it has it to mind to here because HbA1c is good numerical value, do you read it?
I was said so by a doctor.
I didn't borrow the book from a doctor and went to a bookstore.
A medical care-related book isn't sold in the bookstore of the town.
I bought it in amazon.
I seem to arrive on Tuesday.

無事今日の昼食後に退院してきました
皆さんご心配おかけしてすみませんでした
今はもう大丈夫です
低血糖時の対処方法もきちんと聞いてきました
母には
「IDDMのみんながお酒飲んでるからって
あんたはまだ初心者なんやからそんなんしたらアカン！」
と叱られました
もっといろいろ勉強しないといけない事だらけだな～
頑張らないと！！

部屋を移動させてもらいました
二人部屋だったのですが
隣の呆けたおばあちゃんのおかげで
一睡も出来なかったもんで…
ウトウト…

耳が遠いので大声。

おばあちゃんトイレ。
（足が悪いので部屋にポータブルトイレを置いてた。）
プゥとかほんと勘弁してください…
一晩中↑の繰り返し
と言う事で移動
今のままだと明日の午後には退院出来そうです
