メンタルクリニック通院日

今日は月末なのでメンタルクリニックに行って来ました



正直ここのとこ体調良いです



入眠がまだ難しくてなかなか寝付けないので



睡眠薬だけ変わりました



あとはいい方向へ向かっているようです



心配なのは元彼



なんだか体がだるいとか言ってた。



「お酒飲んで寝てるから違う？」



とその場はさらりと流したんですが…。



翌日、前日の電話で話したことを思い出して…。



もしかして欝になる前兆なんじゃない！？



そう思って欝チェックの項目をメールしたのですが返信なし



夜に電話しても出ない



今日も出ない



おお。



無視ときたか



なんて自己中…



もういいや。



私は私で調子いいし



深入りすると欝に引っ張られる可能性もあるし



放っておこう



I went to the mental clinic today because it was the end of the month.
To be frank, I'm well-conditioned recently.
Only a sleeping drug still turned have bad falling asleep.
In addition, I seem to go to the good direction.
I'm anxious about my ex boyfriend.
He said that a body was weary.
"Isn't the reason because you drink liquor, and it sleeps?"
I said so then….
Remember that I talked over the telephone of the day before the next day….
He isn't an omen becoming the depression! ?
I think so and e-mailed the item of the depression check, but there is no reply from him.
He doesn't appear even if he talks on the telephone at night.
He doesn't appear today either.
Oh.
It's disregard.
He is what egocentric….
I already say and am unpleasant.
Though condition is good, I may be interested by depression and will leave him.
