集中力なさすぎです。

アロマインストラクター試験に向けて勉強しています



私の集中力の限界は１時間まで



それ以降はいくらやっても頭に入ってきません



１時間勉強したらカフェオレを飲みながら休憩



洗濯をしたり家事をして気分転換してます



それからまた勉強に戻る



その繰り返しです



もちろん勉強中にもアロマを焚いてます



今日はローズマリーとジュニパーを2:2でブレンド



は茶香炉ですがアロマポットとして使ってます





母が私のアロマポットを割ってしまい、



変わりに買ってくれたのがこれ…



わりと気に入ってます



I study for an instructor aroma examination.
The limit of my concentration until one hour.
I don't understand it even if I do it after it no matter how much.
I take a break while taking cafe au lait if I study for one hour.
I wash it and do housework and switch a feeling.
Then I return to study again.
It's the repetition.
Of course I light aroma during study.
I blend juniper with rosemary in a ratio of 2:2 today.
It's a tea incense lamp to appear in the picture, but uses it as an aroma pot.
It be elaborate that my mother bought for me for the change because my mother has broken my aroma pot….
I like it comparatively.
